Why Share
Your Story?
Millions of teens across the US struggle with mental illness, and yet so many of us feel alone-- not understood, and not supported. But we can change that.

With each story we share, we are fostering understanding, trust, inclusion, and connectedness.

With each story we share, we are breaking down stigma and challenging harmful stereotypes surrounding mental illness.

With each story we share, we are building a safe space where we can talk about our mental health struggles without shame or fear of judgment.

Inspire someone.
Change a life.
Share your story.
